Dr. Kelly Henley has a Ph.D in Health Education and Promotion. She has concluded a rewarding career as college professor and is now dedicated to supporting individuals and organizations through workplace wellness programming, workshops, and individual consulting. Kelly is excited to continue to create spaces for people to slow down, reconnect, and feel well at work and in life. She is a certified yoga and meditation teacher (www.brightyoga.ca) and author of Ignite Your Light, the Daily Reflection and Wellness Journal. She loves food and cooking and has a certificate in plant-based nutrition. Kelly is passionate about living well and inspiring others to embrace life and develop habits that light them up from the inside out.
