Dr. Kelly Henley completed her Ph.D. in Health Education and Promotion. She is a college professor, wellness educator, and facilitator with 20 years of experience. She's been on the St. Clair College Wellness Committee for over 10 years, and has offered workshops for many local organizations. Kelly is a certified yoga and meditation teacher (www.brightyoga.ca) and author of Ignite Your Light, the Daily Reflection and Wellness Journal which has sold hundreds of copies. She loves food and cooking and has a certificate in plant-based nutrition. Kelly is passionate about living well and inspiring others to embrace life and develop habits that light them up from the inside out.
