A self-guided introduction to well-being using six dimensions of wellness (physical, emotional, interpersonal, intellectual, spiritual and environmental). This program will help you reflect on what's working and what's not in your life so you can create habits that help you shine bright! You will be provided with digital material and reflection questions to work through at your own pace. At the end of the program, you'll create personalized action items for each dimension of wellness, set a goal and devise some mini goals to help you achieve it. If you are looking for something that will gently nudge you back onto your wellness journey or if you are looking to be inspired to commence self-care, the Bright Path is the perfect program for you. I recently completed the self-guided program with the goal of being inspired to look more closely at habits that had quietly developed over time and consider if they were serving me well. Dr. Kelly provides suggestions and resources to support positive changes and she was always available and responsive to questions I had. With Kelly’s encouragement, I was able to develop a positive sleep hygiene routine which has multiple positive outcomes.
