Team challenges are a fun way to weave wellness practices and habit-building into the workplace. You’ll receive a kickoff email, tracking sheets, suggestions for choosing an accountability partner, ideas for prizes if you decide to offer them, and a closing email to send to your group. With the constant grind of working in a high stress environment, I look forward to spending time with Kelly. Be it a yoga class or attending a workshop. A yoga class for me is an excellent way to reduce stress, reduce symptoms of anxiety, and diminish inflammation. I'm always amazed that every class is a bit different. You can tell Kelly puts a lot of thought and knowledge into teaching and it shows, she loves what she does.
