After attending Kelly’s workshops, I always leave feeling a sense of grounded joy and peace.  The retreats and workshops are  planned out to cover the material and leave room for social engagement and connection.  She delivers the material  in a laid back, safe and accessible way so that everyone is able to participate as much or as little as they feel comfortable sharing. Her genuine caring and warmth shines through and is an anchor for anyone looking for guidance and support.

With the constant grind of working in a high stress environment, I look forward to spending time with Kelly. Be it a yoga class or attending a workshop. A yoga class for me is an excellent way to reduce stress, reduce symptoms of anxiety, and diminish inflammation. I'm always amazed that every class is a bit different. You can tell Kelly puts a lot of thought and knowledge into teaching and it shows, she loves what she does.
