A self-guided introduction to well-being using six dimensions of wellness (physical, emotional, interpersonal, intellectual, spiritual and environmental).
This program will help you reflect on what's working and what's not in your life so you can create habits that help you shine bright! You will be provided with digital material and reflection questions to work through at your own pace. Toward the end of the program you'll create personalized action items for each dimension of wellness. You'll choose one action item, set a goal and devise some mini goals to help you succeed.
The program wraps up when you complete the Commitment to Myself Contract formalizing your plans to prioritize your well-being. You can reach out for email support at any time.
