A signature program created with the building blocks of well-being in mind to help you be well, feel well, and live well!
This program is personalized and delivered with the ultimate aim of setting you up to live your best life one day at a time. When we live well, we have a zest and vitality for life. The 24 hours we all have in a day don’t look the same for each of us. We don’t have access to the same resources or support, but we have choices. We can make daily decisions that bring us closer to the life we want to live!
Prioritizing self-care and connecting to your innermost, authentic self are core themes that run through every aspect of this program.
The program includes:
- an in-take form to outline your desires and goals related to your well-being
- the Daily Reflection and Wellness Journal
- weekly reflection exercises and worksheets (including a values assessment and personal mission statement)
- SMART goal setting
- weekly check-ins via text, phone call or Zoom
- email support between check-ins
- access to a private Facebook group for community interaction and bonus content
- creating a personal wellness action plan to use as a blueprint moving forward

Week 3: Stress management, mindfulness and gratitude
Week 4: Goal setting and decision making
Week 5: Healthy habits (nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep/rest)
